  Contracted Deck Experts to remove an old falling apart 16x20 wooden deck and replace it with a same size deck using Trex. When George came over to provide an estimate, his original quote was well in line with other estimates that we had received for the same job (maybe a little less), but then we started talking about what I was really looking for and ways to bring down costs. Taking his advice, we were able to lower the total costs by 33%. He knew exactly what needed to be done in regards to inspections and permits, and helped us navigate some of that paperwork. He and his team showed up on time every day, first thing in the morning. They finished the job on time, when he said they would, and they didn't leave a mess - they even helped us move our heavy deck furniture back in place. There were no surprise costs at the end either - the final cost was actually what he gave in his estimate. They were incredibly professional, and we couldn't be happier with the fantastic job they did. And the new deck looks amazing.
